Version A comes with 3 stereo shelves, B - with 2 shelves. Chromed steel clamp-base is strong enough to hold the weight of the glass as well as the TV and stereo equipment. Each stand comes with a set of two metal Plasma brackets that hang over the top of the upright panel.
